        Leader of the Skillslab at the School of Nursing, Bern College of Nursing,Berne, Switzerland. Responsible for the establishment, development and management of the Simulation Patient (SP) / program and Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation (OSCE) in nursing education for the whole region of Berne,Switzerland. Execution and publication of research projects in the field of impact, effectiveness and quality of using SP`s and OSCE in nursing curricula.Development of the interprofessional Education (IPE) program between nursing-and medical students of the Bern College of Nursing, Berne, Switzerland and University of Bern. Keynote speaker in national and international conferences.Organizing international interprofessional conferences in the field of Medical Education.
