CIAPST Successfully Completed The Investigation And Exchange Activities with Japanese Hospitals
From August 5 to 9, 2019, the delegation of Japanese hospitals successfully completed the task of academic exchange with three Japanese hospitals. The organizer of this event is CIAPST. The Japan-China Friendship Exchange Association has given great assistance to the delegation. CSPC under HSTC is in charge of this event. The delegation consists of 14 members, including three provinces and municipalities, seven medical institutions and one medical school. The head of the delegation is Professor Zhang Liming, honorary president appointed by HSTC under CIAPST.
The visit lasted for five days, including two days'round trip. The delegation conducted hospital visits, academic exchanges and training activities with three representative hospitals in Tokyo, Japan. The preferred hospitals for this visit include Tokyo Tulimedong Hospital, Shangwei Central General Hospital and Tokyo Sigu Hospital. The three hospitals have their own characteristics in scale comparison, quality service, high-end customization and public and private management. All three hospitals actively cooperated with the Chinese visiting delegation.
The mission of this visit and the contents of the exchange training include:Different management modes and advantages of public hospitals and private hospitals, hospital visiting process management, hospital nursing workflow management, hospital ward management, hospital education and medical safety, doctor-patient dispute resolution mode and hospital management and operation mode, etc.
The members of the delegation obtained relevant information and experience. Many hospitals between China and Japan have established friendship and promoted the possibility of further exchanges and cooperation in the future. Most importantly, they learned and harvested excellent management experience of Japanese hospitals. After returning home, the members of the delegation will continuously improve and improve the work of their respective departments in accordance with China's national conditions and the actual situation of their own units, and then improve the management level and quality of their respective hospitals.
